This Heritage Tweed dressing gown is hand-made in England using a pretty Cheviot green tweed that has been specially tumbled for Budd to soften the fabric and improve its drape. The result is a gown that keeps the charm and texture of traditional tweed while offering a more comfortable, relaxed feel.

The interior is fully lined in smooth navy blue silk, adding an extra layer of comfort. Contrast navy twill piping frames the collar, cuffs, pockets, and edges for a neat, tailored finish. A matching belt secures the fit and completes the design.

Our Workshop

We make our bespoke and made to measure shirts at our workshop in Andover, under the guidance of Di Bainbridge and Gwenda Witts. They joined the company in 1969 and 1976 respectively and oversee the team as they produce our shirts, dress shirts and nightwear. Their approach is fastidious and reassuring, particularly when sat at our finishing boards where they inspect each shirt before it is pressed and packed up.
