This Heritage Tweed dressing gown is hand-made in England from a chestnut brown tweed that has been specially tumbled for Budd to create a softer feel and an easier drape. The result is a gown that keeps the depth and texture of traditional tweed while offering greater softness and comfort for everyday wear.

It is fully lined in olive green silk, which adds a smooth, refined layer against the skin. Matching olive green twill piping frames the collar, cuffs, pockets, and edges, giving the gown a clean and understated contrast.

Our Workshop

We make our bespoke and made to measure shirts at our workshop in Andover, under the guidance of Di Bainbridge and Gwenda Witts. They joined the company in 1969 and 1976 respectively and oversee the team as they produce our shirts, dress shirts and nightwear. Their approach is fastidious and reassuring, particularly when sat at our finishing boards where they inspect each shirt before it is pressed and packed up.
