Description

This half suite of shirt studs and cufflinks bring a virtual elegance to a black tie event. They are designed as black onyx discs set in rhodium plated settings. Rhodium, unlike silver, won’t tarnish and retains its brightness. It is also hard wearing, less likely to scratch and the plating won’t rub off.
The rounded shirt studs have a screw fitting which means they can be worn with starched or stiff bib shirts. The oval cuff links have a chain link which means that the onyx ovals are displayed on both sides of a double cuff dress shirt. The overall effect is one of discreet, classic English elegance.
Dress studs and cufflinks can be purchased separately.

Our Workshop

We make our bespoke and made to measure shirts at our workshop in Andover, under the guidance of Di Bainbridge and Gwenda Witts. They joined the company in 1969 and 1976 respectively and oversee the team as they produce our shirts, dress shirts and nightwear. Their approach is fastidious and reassuring, particularly when sat at our finishing boards where they inspect each shirt before it is pressed and packed up.
