Crisis At Christmas Pop Up Shop

Help make a difference to struggling homeless men and women over Christmas this year, by paying a visit to the Crisis Pop-Up Shop, right in the heart of Mayfair. 31 Savile Row will again become London’s most rewarding shopping destination for those with a keen eye, an open mind and a desire for change.

The Crisis at Christmas Pop-Up Shop is the brainchild of stylist and journalist Tom Stubbs and Anderson & Sheppard’s Anda Rowland and calls on London’s luxury menswear brands to donate clothing, shoes and accessories to the temporary shop, with all proceeds going to Crisis, the homeless charity. Last year’s bounty of goods threw up bespoke made suits, exceptional dresswear, super soft knitwear and accessories galore, all a steal. Taking part is a privilege and Budd is pleased to be on board.

“The pop up on Savile Row is a great way to raise awareness around the most important aspects of the work that Crisis does in their centres. For a community that often feels so isolated, just simple conversation can make all the difference. We need to learn how to engage with rough sleepers all over our city to make them feel more human again.’ Tom Stubbs

Last year’s first pop-up was a huge success and this year looks set to be even better. Here is what the inaugural 2018 shop brought us:

  • 7 days of ever changing menswear offerings
  • 40 participating brands
  • 3 events, including an intimate gig with David Gray and a “push the sales” shopping channel hour with Dermot O’Leary
  • Over 940 shoppers
  • Over £75,000 raised
  • At a cost of £28.18 for an overnight place at a Crisis at Christmas shelter, last year’s pop up raised enough money to help over 2,600 rough sleepers over Christmas.

Keen to get involved this year? Here are just a few of the things you can look forward to:
