Top Up At Our Pop-Up
After over one hundred years in the Piccadilly Arcade, Budd has this month opened its doors to a second (pop-up) shop in Chelsea. Our new digs, located at 93 Lower Sloane Street will be a focal point for our new collection of ready to wear shirts in our Slim and Tailored Fits, as well as another convenient point to drop in and experience our made to measure service. Our famous bespoke service will remain firmly ensconced within the cutting room and confines of Piccadilly.
Budd’s new shop also stocks a broad range of our nightwear, ties and accessories and will also welcome a new collection of fine-gauge knitwear later in the Autumn. Shop Manager, Keiran Wright and his team Gift and Thuy, will also be on hand to advise on optimum dress code as well as measure up and take orders for our made to measure shirt service. The shop is indelibly Budd, but with a paired back, contemporary flair; essential Budd.
The Lower Sloane Street outpost takes the company out of its comfort zone and places it in front of a new and for the main part, younger, style conscious audience, introducing them to Budd’s core style, principles and DNA.
“The new pop-up allows Budd to try something new, taking us out of the trusted familiarity of our Jermyn Street premises and into a different part of town. We hope to engage with a new and broader audience, giving them a pure Budd experience and writing a new chapter for the company with the introduction of our new, slim fit shirts. I have three sons in their twenties and work with young men in their late twenties and thirties. Watching and learning from them, the need for a slim fitting, elegant and high quality shirt has become very apparent. I want Budd to be on their radar.”
