We are pleased to welcome new sales assistant, Jacqueline Wakefield to the good ship Budd.
It is relatively rare that we have new team members start at the company, due to the loyalty of our staff, but as the company grows from strength to strength we are excited to open our doors and increase the team. When Jacqueline’s CV arrived on our doorstep, it was hard to resist her enthusiasm and understanding of all things Budd and her warmth towards the company’s quirks and heritage.
Jacqueline has a long standing passion for traditional menswear and trained in Fashion Design and Cutting at London College of Fashion. She is a qualified and experienced seamstress and finisher and has worked extensively both in the fields of men’s and women’s bespoke and couture, much of which on Savile Row. Her deft hand and appreciation of craftsmanship gives her a keen eye when it comes to recognising beautiful things and advising on perfect shirts, nightwear, dresswear and accessories.
Working under the guidance of long serving shop staff Andy Rowley and Christopher Mundy, we are confident that she will enhance the team and ensure that our customers continue to receive knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service.
