UK VAT, Import Tax and Duties
For customers outside of the UK/EU, please note that the listed price includes a UK tax (VAT 20%) that will be deducted at the checkout page. However you may be liable for your country's own import tax and duties.
Click & Collect: (Up to 4 working days)
We are now pleased to offer a Click & Collect service from our London store. When your order is ready to collect we will notify you by email. You will need to present your order number or confirmation email on collection.
Please note that you have 14 days to collect your order.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased at www.buddshirts.co.uk you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt of items.
Items must be returned in their original condition — ie. unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition.
Christmas returns: to allow you to buy gifts with peace of mind, any purchases made between 15 November – 24 December will be returnable within 28 working days of Christmas Day (25 December).
All returned items must be sent with a returns number that can be obtained by emailing email@example.com. This will help ensure your return or exchange is dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Sale items are exchange only. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are unable to refund or exchange items that are not accompanied with either an invoice or delivery note.
Made To Measure Shirts
Delivery is an estimated 3 to 4 weeks, we will advise you when your order is ready to be sent. Please allow extra time for hand monogramming. As each made to measure shirt is unique and handmade for you we are unable to accept any refunds or exchanges. If you have any queries regarding style, size, fit or cloth choice please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Shirts with Alterations
Shirts with alterations (shortened sleeves, etc) are hand-adjusted to your requirements by our tailor. As a result, they are not resaleable, and we are therefore unable to accept them as returns, except (of course) in the exceptionally rare case of faults with the garment.
Please allow extra time to receive your shirt if a sleeve shortening or lengthening is being carried out.
How to return items
Please return the item if possible using original postage box and packing materials and the self-adhesive address label provided on your invoice.
Please enclose a copy of the invoice/delivery note and a short note quoting the returns number and detailing the reason for return and whether you wish to arrange an exchange or refund. Please provide a phone number just in case we have any questions.
The cost of the return is borne by the customer. Budd Shirtmakers cannot be liable for any items that are lost or misdirected. We therefore recommended using a trackable service that requires a signature to prove delivery.
